As a Senior UX expert, I had the opportunity to work on Raiffeisen Switzerland’s portfolio and help design their new web presence. The challenge was to create a seamless and intuitive experience for users navigating through the various services, including the customer cockpit and information architecture.
Together with the Raiffeisen team, I was able to develop an interactive web presence and stock exchange platform that provided real-time information and a seamless user experience. One of the highlights of our work was the development of the megamenu and interaction design concept, which provided a user-friendly interface for accessing Raiffeisen’s services. I also collaborated on 13 other products within the Raiffeisen family, including the #welovesport and #welovefootball initiatives, which improved the online experience for sports fans and provided personalized content.
Our hard work and dedication paid off when we won the Swiss Web Award Gold in the usability category for the new web presence of the bank. I am proud to have been a part of the team that achieved this accomplishment, and I believe it reflects our commitment to providing users with a satisfying and seamless online experience.
